Your Business Development Plan will take you through the five key levels of business from idea to sellable.
Level 1: Start-Up
Complete this level to earn your first star. Objectives in this level includes items such as proper business naming, solidifying your business idea, product, or service, writing your business and marketing plan, and 7 other items.
Level 2: Sustainable
Complete this level to earn your second star. Objectives in this level includes items such as your legal structure, operation agreements, purchasing your business domain, and 17 other items.
Level 3: Scalable
Complete this level to earn your third star. Objectives in this level includes items such as applying for your HUB Certification, developing a capability statement, creating job descriptions for all positions in the company including yours, and 12 other items.
Level 4: Successful
Complete this level to earn your fourth star. Objectives in this level includes maintaining a consistent client contract for at least 3 years and 2 other items.
Level 5: Sellable
Complete this level to earn your fifth star. Objectives in this level includes solidifying your team, your competitive differentiation, and 3 other items.
